Welcome! I’m Nikki Joy, and I’ve spent over 20 years building a meaningful career in the nonprofit sector—serving communities, telling impactful stories, and helping organizations bring their mission to life.

My journey began in broadcast journalism. But it wasn’t long before I discovered a deeper purpose in public relations, using my communication skills to amplify the voices of nonprofits. I had the honor of working with two of the nation’s most respected nonprofits—the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society—where I helped share powerful stories that connected people to causes bigger than themselves. After discovering my love for nonprofit, I went on to obtain my Master’s in Public Administration. 

Over the years, my passion grew beyond storytelling. Leading organizations with a range of federally funded programs. I have guided organizations through strategic planning, developing the mission and obtaining sponsorships. This work has inspired me to pursue this journey in helping other small and medium-sized nonprofits and small businesses reach their goals. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy quiet moments with a good book, exploring new documentaries, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
